This plant is in good conditions and basically all the components are from the year 2003.
The plant is compound from the next equipment’s:
- Four Conveyor Belts complete with electric motor, reducer, cat walk, etc;
- Two Dewatering Wheels Mod. LNT 100;
- Two Impact Crushers Mod. IST-4 and IST-5 complete with starter and manoeuvre square,
structure, motor, etc;
- Screen Mod. CTV 220 complete with motor and structure;
- Group of Conveyor Belts complete with electric motor, reducer and cat walk;
- Manoeuvre and control square of the plant;
- Feed Box;
- Automated Water Clarification system ERAL complete with:
Clarification tank T-08-EA with flow up 400 m3 and with an automatic system of slurry discharge;
Flocculant dispensing and preparation equipment model EF 2500/48 with tank, storage,
agitator and dispensing pump;
Horizontal centrifugal pump model WARMAN WP 4/3 c-AH
Control box;
- Small house for the flocculant dispensing and preparation equipment, equipped with air
conditioned;
- Feeder Belt type as principal conveyor.
